Apartment Complex 2221 Dundas Street

One of our signature projects is this 12-storey apartment building situated at the intersection of Dundas St. and Veterans Memorial Parkway in London, Ontario. It has distinct brick-finished podium levels and two towers wrapped with white-coloured aluminium panels. Its large glazed panels make the structure recognizable to anyone passing by. This project has an overall gross floor area of 620,000 square feet. It features 377 apartment units, from reasonably sized studios to 1,2 and 3 bedrooms. The building has 501 parking spaces.
