Huron Church Road Condominiums
This ten-storey condominium is located in Windsor, Ontario, among Baird AE’s most proud and respected projects. Strategically located in the west end of Ontario, this condominium complex is designed with pure passion and crafted to produce efficient rooms with outstanding air circulation. Of course, the green open spaces were also designed with passion and high consideration aimed at the enjoyment and pride of the residents.
Amphitheatre Boreal College Windsor
After finishing phase 1, Boreal College requested Baird AE to prepare a proposal for services and fees to convert the lower-level pub into a multifunctional lecture assembly area. At the same time, they designed an idea for the outside stage, an amihitheatre which would significantly enhance the students’ entertainment activities.
3885 Sandwich Street
One of the projects that Baird AE is fully proud of is this mixed-use 12-storey building located in historical Sandwich Town. The project has been designed by our team to become another landmark in the community. It is tailored to fit according to the site conditions, while the exterior facade has been treated to be equipped with a future-proof design and a view overlooking the Detroit River. This is indeed a timeless piece of art
