Project Description
Plant Products is a leading distributor of fertilizers, pesticides, biological controls, seeds, and other agricultural products. The new facility spans 13,745 m² (147,950 ft²) of warehouse space and 1,480 m² (15,931 ft²) of office space, featuring a high-hazard warehouse with large storage areas, temperature-controlled rooms, and a 12-bay loading dock. An outdoor tank farm is included for spill containment. Designed with sustainability in mind, the facility is built for future solar panel installation and optimized for energy efficiency to reduce its carbon footprint, with efforts to minimize natural gas use.
