Apartment Complex 2221 Dundas Street
One of our signature projects is this 12-storey apartment building situated at the intersection of Dundas St. and Veterans Memorial Parkway in London, Ontario. It has distinct brick-finished podium levels and two towers wrapped with white-coloured aluminium panels. Its large glazed panels make the structure recognizable to anyone passing by. This project has an overall gross floor area of 620,000 square feet. It
features 377 apartment units, from reasonably sized studios to 1,2 and 3 bedrooms. The building has 501 parking spaces.
401 LakeView Drive In Woodstock
Two 7-storey apartment buildings located at 401 Lakeview Dr in Woodstock, Ontario. The glass baluster on the balcony, along with its white and grey exterior, makes this structure eye-catching from the road. It is another contemporary design produced by team BAIRD AE.
530 & 540 Exmouth St. Prestigeous Residential High Rise
Located in Sarnia, Ontario, one of Baird AE’s prestigious projects is this composition of two 23-storey residential high-rise developments. The first building, located on the north, overlooks Ontario Highway 402. In contrast, the second building stands on the south along Exmouth St. Each building features an underground parking structure, with 6 to 7 podium parking levels and two residential towers above it. Within the projects, close proximities are many other establishments such as supermarkets, government services and shops that cater to the resident’s basic needs.

The latest design produced by our team is this 5-storey 60-unit apartment building
located in Lucan, Ontario. This project features 87 parking spaces, a commercial
space and an ample area for indoor and outdoor amenities. The structure’s facade is
finished with light-coloured composite aluminium wall cladding, defined inset balconies and large windows.
